SMALLER EVENTS

Smaller events with a maximum of 25 people

Example Events: intimate Bickford meetings, yoga sessions, book club meetings, etc…

Rental Rate: $200.00 plus HST per hour (minimum 2 hours) Includes tables, chairs, bottled water, cleanup.

Plus one time charge of $99.00 plus HST for insurance.

LARGER EVENTS

Events for 26 up to a maximum of 150 people

Example Events: Larger meetings or Seminars etc…

Rental Rate: $200 plus HST per hour (minimum 2 hours). Includes tables, chairs, cleanup.

Plus one time charge of $99.00 plus HST for insurance.

Security charge of $35/hour (minimum 3 hours)

$5.00 a person (plus HST) includes chairs and supplies

$30.00 per hour (plus HST) Management

ALL EVENTS ARE UNIQUE

With all events being unique in what is needed (i.e. tables, chairs, amount of time, nature of the event, sound system, bar, food, use of equipment, security etc.) pricing will vary. To book a tour of the Art Collection or the Event space, whether as a group or individually—please call the office at 416‑260‑8000. Our Receptionist can confirm availability (ensuring no events are taking place at the desired tour times), guests are welcome to visit during regular business hours.

The Art Collection tours will be accompanied by a Guild Inn Estate representative however they are self-guided. The cost is $10.00 per person (plus HST).
